Joey Sellers' Jazz Aggregation
Original large-ensemble jazz · Two world premieres · An all-star Los Angeles ensemble
Composer and trombonist Joey Sellers brings his Jazz Aggregation to Campus JAX for an evening of original large-ensemble music—music that can swing hard, turn inward, and change shape without warning. Tonight’s program includes two world premieres and an exceptional Los Angeles lineup: Wayne Bergeron and Ron King on trumpets; Joe Santa Maria, Jerry Pinter and Phil Feather on woodwinds; Alex Iles, Ryan Dragon and Bob Lawrence on trombones; Adam Bravo on piano; Trey Henry on bass; and Kendall Kay on drums.
