Privacy Notice

The short version
JAXblast uses data to operate the site, understand what experiences are useful, and send alerts that people explicitly request. We do not sell or rent audience email addresses.
JAXblast Alerts
When you join JAXblast Alerts, we collect the email address you provide, the artists or events you choose to follow, your notification preferences, where the signup originated, and records of consent, confirmation, delivery, unsubscribe, or suppression events.
We use this information to confirm your subscription, send the alerts you requested, prevent duplicate or unwanted messages, measure whether the alert system is useful, and protect deliverability.
Choice and control
JAXblast Alerts are opt-in. Every marketing or show-alert email includes a way to unsubscribe. An unsubscribe is treated as durable suppression from future alert sends unless you explicitly join again. Addresses suppressed for delivery or abuse reasons are not silently reactivated.
Service providers
JAXblast may use infrastructure and delivery providers to host the application, store consented audience records, deliver email, and measure system reliability. Those providers are used to operate JAXblast; they do not become the owner of the JAXblast audience relationship.
Analytics
JAXblast records limited product analytics such as page or CTA interactions to understand which artists, events, and experiences help people discover more. Alert-source attribution may connect a signup to the artist, event, page, QR code, or YouTube comment that led to it.
Data retention
We retain consent and suppression history when reasonably necessary to honor your choices, prevent unwanted re-subscription, maintain auditability, and operate the service. Public-facing content and historical performance records may have different retention periods from audience contact data.
