REPLAY
JAX SongStage with Kayla Kraemer The Story Behind the Song™ ft. Kelly Fitzgerald, Michelle Mangione, Marty Axelrod and David Serby
Four writers. Four musical lives. The stories behind the songs.
Hosted by Kayla Kraemer, The Story Behind the Song™ brings Kelly Fitzgerald, Michelle Mangione, Marty Axelrod and David Serby together for an intimate JAX SongStage evening of original music, conversation and the stories behind the songs. For longtime Campus JAX viewers, this is also a reunion: Kelly and Michelle have shared the stage in multiple configurations, with Michelle behind the drums as well as stepping forward as a songwriter; Marty joined Kelly and Michelle for Kelly’s June 2026 JAX SongStage band special. Tonight turns familiar performers toward the writing itself — the inspiration, choices and lived experience behind the songs.
