Wild Child

Wild Child brings the sound, mood and musical tension of a late-1960s Doors concert into the room. Led by vocalist Dave Brock, the Los Angeles-based band builds its performances around the music of The Doors and the voice and spirit of Jim Morrison. Brock’s connection reaches beyond tribute performance: from 2010–2013, he toured as the vocalist with Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger of The Doors. Wild Child’s own press archive also documents praise from Krieger, Manzarek and John Densmore. At Campus JAX, that history meets an intimate live-music room — and JAXblast carries the performance beyond it.
