MEET THE ARTIST

Rob Gallas

Rob Gallas is a Southern California singer-songwriter and vocalist whose career crosses band history, collaboration and solo work. He sang with Undercover, was lead vocalist on Black and White World’s 1991 self-titled album, leads RG and The Glory B’s, performs with Moral DK, and released the three-song solo EP All That Is True in 2024. Put together, those credits describe an artist who has never lived in only one musical chapter.

Bands change. Roles change. Decades change. What stays consistent in Rob’s profile is the movement between frontman, collaborator and songwriter. The 2024 EP All That Is True does not erase the earlier bands; it gives the history a first-person center.

WHY YOU SHOULD KNOW THEM

Three chapters. Same voice.

01

THE HISTORY

He was there.

Rob’s résumé reaches back to Undercover and to Black and White World, where he was lead vocalist on the band’s 1991 self-titled album.

02

THE BAND

He never stopped being collaborative.

RG and The Glory B’s and Moral DK place Rob inside the chemistry of a working band — as an active performer and songwriter, not simply as a reference to an earlier era.

03

THE SOLO

All That Is True puts his name on the front.

The three-song 2024 EP is the clearest solo statement in this profile: original material presented under Rob’s own name after years of band work.

THE STORY

A career measured in chapters, not eras.

Rob Gallas makes more sense when you stop trying to compress the story into one band. There is the Undercover chapter. There is Black and White World, with Rob on lead vocals for the band’s 1991 self-titled album. There is Moral DK, a long-running collaborative home, and RG and The Glory B’s, where he leads as singer-songwriter. Then there is All That Is True, the three-song solo EP released in 2024. Each chapter changes the frame, but not the central question: what happens when the singer has something of his own to say? That is why the solo material matters inside the larger history. It does not replace the bands. It lets you hear the same musician from a different distance — less as a role inside a project and more as the author standing at the front of the song.

CAREER & COLLABORATIONS

From Undercover to the Glory B’s.

The band names are not trivia around Rob’s profile. They are the map. Each one shows a different relationship between his voice, the songs and the musicians around him.

UNDERCOVER

An early Southern California chapter.

Rob was a vocalist with Undercover, placing him inside the personnel history of one of Southern California’s long-running alternative Christian bands.

BLACK AND WHITE WORLD

Lead voice on the 1991 album.

Rob served as lead vocalist on Black and White World’s self-titled 1991 release.

RG AND THE GLORY B’S

The songwriter leads.

RG and The Glory B’s is led by Rob as singer-songwriter — a project that puts his own writing at the center.

MORAL DK

The collaborative thread continues.

Rob also performs with Moral DK, extending the band-based side of his work alongside the solo material.
